作为一名高校教师和科研工作者，认真学习党的二十届四中全会精神后深受鼓舞。立足“十四五”科技创新的坚实成果，我国在“十五五”时期要大幅提升科技自立自强水平，推动科技创新与产业创新深度融合，这为我们指明了努力的方向。高校是教育、科技、人才三位一体的重地。我们必须勇担使命，聚焦国家重大需求，在科研攻关中突破关键核心技术，促进原创成果向现实生产力转化；在人才培养中，深化科教融合、产教协同，着力培育推动新质生产力发展的高层次创新型人才。面向新时代新征程，我们将大力弘扬实干精神，把个人科研方向与国家发展需求紧密结合，以实际行动助力实现高水平科技自立自强，为建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国贡献力量。

作为一名海外归国的高校青年教师，深入学习二十届四中全会精神后，让我更加坚定了回国投身教育科研事业的选择。

基于之前的海外学习和工作经历，我深刻认识到国家治理体系和治理能力现代化对实现民族复兴的重要意义。我将努力做到以下三点：一是坚守“为党育人、为国育才”的初心使命，充分发挥跨文化背景优势，在教学和科研中生动讲述中国式现代化的理论与实践，增强学生的制度自信和文化认同。二是聚焦“高水平科技自立自强”的战略目标，聚焦国家重大战略需求，将国际前沿方法与国内实际情况相结合，力争在关键核心工程技术领域取得突破。三是积极参与“现代大学制度”的治理实践，积极参与我国现代化大学制度建设，推动构建更具活力和创新的国际学术氛围。

我将以全会精神为指引，把个人理想融入国家发展大局，在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的征程中贡献自己的智慧和力量。

党的二十届四中全会胜利闭幕，为 “十五五” 时期的发展擘画了蓝图，作为一名在京从事高端智能制造创业的留学回国人员，我认真学习深有感悟。

全会提出 “加快建设制造强国、质量强国、航天强国、交通强国、网络强国”。我们深耕网络AI 技术在制造领域的深度应用，未来将在智能制造领域持续深耕，拓展更多应用场景，助力提升产业国际竞争力。

全会提出 “加快高水平科技自立自强，引领发展新质生产力”。依托国家对科技创新的加大投入，我们将更好地开展工业基础软件的研究，突破关键技术瓶颈，服务国家战略需求，推动从复制到中国迈向创新来自中国。

党的二十届四中全会为高端智能制造工作者指明了方向，提供了前所未有的机遇。我们将勇于创新，为推动我国科技发展和实现社会主义现代化贡献一份智慧和力量。

As a foreign environmental researcher in China for nearly twelve years, I have been inspired by the direction set at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. This blueprint for China’s future also offers valuable insights for global sustainable development.

Over the past twelve years, I have seen China’s major shift from “declaring war on pollution” to a comprehensive green transformation. The Plenary Session placed this green shift at the heart of its modernization plans. This marks a new, more systematic phase in China’s environmental protection efforts.

I was particularly encouraged that the “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” goals are now central to guiding the entire economy. This provides clear direction and an unprecedented platform for our work in environmental science.

China’s strength lies in combining technological innovation with international cooperation. The focus on both self-reliance and openness matches my own experience. In my collaborative research, I see Chinese colleagues engaging in global environmental dialogues with growing confidence and openness. From joint projects under the green Belt and Road Initiative to sharing data on climate change, China is contributing valuable solutions to global knowledge.

Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period, I will continue to use my international perspective and skills to join China’s research and innovation ecosystem. I hope to work with Chinese peers to find solutions that balance emission reduction, pollution control, green growth, and economic health. Together, we can help build a Beautiful China and also share successful local experiences to address global environmental challenges.

This is an era full of hope, and I am honored to be both a witness and a participant in this journey.

The recent Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC serves both as a milestone of our time and a cornerstone bridging the past to the future. It builds on the successes of the past century, decade and recent years. That is as China advances further into the new era and continues farther beyond its achievements of xiaokang, or a moderately prosperous society in all respects, toward the next step and greater goal of becoming a great socialist nation.

I look forward to seeing how the policies, measures and directives proposed and adopted at the plenary in Beijing actualize across every corner of the country – that is, what it means for ordinary people’s lives. And I will continue to deliberate how this reverberates around our shared world and future, especially as China’s leadership navigates the headwinds of stormy waters amid global uncertainty.

My hopes is that its implementation will build on previous Party Congresses and the previous three plenaries of the 20th. Practically speaking, I hope it will continue China’s mission to improve the quality of life for people throughout the country and our world, and to at least reduce geopolitical conflicts and at best enhance international cooperation.

I have devoted the past 20 years of my life to witnessing, experiencing and sharing the multidimensional realities of China’s development with the world. I believe the outcomes of the fourth plenary is another important chapter in this story that I hope to translate not only across languages but across cultures for global audiences to understand what it means for the Chinese people and to all of us, everywhere.

As such, when the next plenary begins, it will be worth remembering what has been achieved this time around, as the CPC then drafts the following pages of China’s story and we continue to read what it means for the world we all share.

作为一名拥有中国血脉的柬埔寨华裔留学生，学习二十届四中全会精神让我对“中国式现代化”有了深刻感悟。在中国学习的日子里，我亲身感受到社会高效运转与国家长远规划带来的便利与稳定，这背后是一套成熟而不断自我完善的制度体系在支撑。

此次全会聚焦“国家治理现代化”，让我从父亲讲述的故土情怀，上升到对当代中国发展路径的理性认知。中国将深厚文化传统与现代化治理相结合的成功实践，不仅为国家发展奠定坚实基础，更让我认识到：一个不断完善、高效的治理体系对国家发展至关重要。

作为来自柬埔寨的年轻人，中国的实践为我们提供了宝贵经验。柬埔寨同属发展中国家，中国的成功启示我们，必须找到适合自身国情的发展道路与治理模式。这种将普遍规律与本国实际相结合的智慧，对包括柬埔寨在内的发展中国家具有重要借鉴意义。这段留学经历让我立志成为连接中柬的桥梁，将中国的现代化经验带回祖国，为柬埔寨的发展贡献力量。

作为一名来自印度、在中国人民大学研习中国哲学、宗教与文化的学生，中国共产党二十届四中全会所强调的“国家治理现代化”精神，与我的研究产生了深刻的共鸣。我的研究方向是“当代中印佛教复兴”，这让我时常思考文明传承与现代社会治理之间的关系。

来到北京的这两年，我所体验的远不止是美味多样的菜肴和友善好客的人民。我感受到的是一种深厚的文化底蕴如何支撑着一个庞大国家的有序运行与蓬勃发展。无论是探访古老的佛教寺庙，还是体验“扫码即走”的现代生活，我看到的都是一个既珍视自身传统，又充满活力地迈向未来的文明。

此次全会精神让我认识到，中国的现代化道路，其核心智慧之一便是这种“守正创新”——在坚守自身文化根本的基础上进行有效的治理与变革。这正是佛教在中印两大文明中绵延千年的生命力所在，也是一个国家实现长治久安与繁荣的基石。这种将传统智慧融入现代治理的“中国经验”，对所有文明古国都具有无价的启示。

我的使命，便是成为连接中印两大文明古国的知识与文化使者。我将致力于深入研究并分享中国在文化传承与国家治理方面的智慧，为我的祖国印度以及其他寻求发展的文明国家，提供一种源自东方、更契合我们自身文化土壤的现代化参考。
