近日，北京海外学人中心与中国科学院国际合作局等单位共同合作举办2025“国际人才雁栖行”活动‌。来自14家单位的60余名外籍科研人员、博士后及外事工作人员参加。

Over 60 international researchers, postdoctoral scholars, and staff members from 14 organizations have recently participated in the “Yanqi Tour for International Talents”, which was co-organized by the Beijing Overseas Talents Center and the Bureau of International Cooperation, CAS.

上午，外籍专家首先参观了雁栖岛，在碧波荡漾的湖景与国际峰会会址，感受怀柔“国际会都”的开放姿态魅力；走进怀柔科学城城市客厅，通过宣传片深入了解怀柔科学城的战略定位与发展蓝图。中国科学院物理研究所董硕副研究员以‌综合极端条件实验装置为核心，系统展示了极端环境下材料科学研究的最新突破；中国科学院高能物理研究所许海生研究员则聚焦‌高能同步辐射光源‌，详解这一“超级显微镜”在生命科学、能源材料等领域的颠覆性应用前景。之后，大家实地参观了高能同步辐射光源沙盘及实验大厅，感受大国重器的无声震撼。

The tour started from Yanqi Island, where the shimmering lakefront scenery and Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center showcased Huairou District’s role as Beijing’s “Global Conference Center”. Foreign experts then visited the Huairou Science City Exhibition Center, engaging in a video clip detailing Huairou Science City’s strategic vision and development blueprint. Dr. Dong Shuo, Associate Researcher at the Institute of Physics, CAS, demonstrated revolutionary material science breakthroughs achieved through the comprehensive extreme condition experimental facility. Dr. Xu Haisheng, Researcher at Institute of High Energy Physics, CAS, unveiled the High-Energy Photon Source (HEPS), illustrating this super microscope’s transformative potential in fields of life science, energy materials, etc. Finally, the group visited the HEPS scale model and experimental hall, admiring the silent yet awe-inspiring national scientific instruments.

下午，大家前往怀柔“植物染色艺术馆”，参与非遗文化体验活动。外籍科研人员亲手尝试传统植物扎染技艺，将严谨细致的科研精神融入非遗手工艺术创作当中。长城脚下，各色各样的扎染作品在微风的拂动下，与穿梭其中肤色各异的身影形成一幅美丽的画卷。

In the afternoon, the group went to the “Art Museum of Plant Dyeing” in Huairou District to participate in intangible cultural heritage experience activities. Foreign researchers personally tried the traditional plant tie-dyeing technique, integrating their rigorous and meticulous scientific research spirit into the creation of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts. At the foot of the Great Wall, various tie-dyed works fluttered in the breeze, forming a beautiful picture together with the figures of people of different complexions shuttling among them.

本次活动为国际人才搭建了跨领域交流平台，未来北京海外学人中心将加强央地合作，与各方携手持续做好优化国际人才服务工作。

This event has built a cross-field communication platform for international talents. In the future, the Beijing Overseas Talents Center will strengthen the cooperation between central and local governments and work hand in hand with all parties to continuously optimize the services for international talents.
