北京建筑大学是北京市唯一的建筑类高校，是北京市与住房和城乡建设部共建高校。学校现有教职工1163人，其中专任教师790人，具有高级专业技术职务的教师658人，教授186人，硕士生导师541人，博士生导师111人，国家级人才24人次，现有一级学科博士学位授权点5个，博士专业学位授权点1个，博士后科研流动站2个。学校拥有北京节能减排与城乡可持续发展省部共建国家协同创新中心、城市雨水系统与水环境教育部重点实验室等省部级及以上科研平台40个。

Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA) is the only architecture-focused university in Beijing, co-established by the Beijing Municipal Government and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The university has 1,163 faculty and staff, including 790 full-time teachers, 658 teachers with senior professional titles, 186 professors, 541 master’s supervisors, 111 doctoral supervisors, and 24 national-level talents. It offers 5 first-level discipline doctoral programs, 1 professional doctoral program, and 2 postdoctoral research stations. BUCEA hosts 40 provincial/ministerial and above-level scientific research platforms, such as the Beijing National Joint Collaborative Innovation Center for Energy Conservation, Emission Reduction and Urban-Rural Sustainable Development and the Key Laboratory of Urban Stormwater System and Water Environment (Ministry of Education).
